When the superficialities of life no longer feel good, you’ll know it’s time to go within.
When the manipulations and control of others feel unbearable, you’ll know it’s time to go within.
Each uncomfortable situation or circumstance are echoes from the Universe guiding you back home within. Where you have been seeking externally for the validation, the love, finding the need to be understood,- these are all opportunities to retreat and understand the true nature of the soul within.
Where life has become incredibly outwardly focused, majority people are still living reactively to life. What does this mean?
You wait for circumstances of life to determine what’s next for you. You wait for the approval of others before you approve of yourself.
Spiritual empowerment is taking back your power to get to decide what you want to create in your life, how you want to feel, what you want to do. Most people have lost autonomy to life due to ‘stronger’ personalities or even dictator type parents who never endowed free- will.
It’s never too late.
When it all gets a little too much, it means that it is time to take a step back and be with your thoughts within.
Here are some helpful questions you may want to consider contemplating on:
Are the choices I am making today aligned with the person I am becoming?
Which areas of my life have I outgrown?
Where am I keeping myself small to make others comfortable?
